From January 1st to February 28th/29th: the change takes effect from the March contribution.
From March 1st to April 30th: the change takes effect from the May contribution.
From May 1st to June 30th: the change takes effect from the July contribution.
From July 1st to August 31st: the change takes effect from the September contribution.
From September 1st to October 31st: the change takes effect from the November contribution.
From November 1st to December 31st: the change takes effect from the January contribution.
